Moving stuff to a new server

Most of the survex services have already moved - trac is the only thing left
and it's simplest for me to just take it down, move it to the new machine,
check it works and then flip the DNS, but this will mean a few hours outage.

If you encounter problems more than (say) 24 hours after the date on this
mail, please let me know.  Ditto for issues with any other services.

One notable improvement since the move for people wanting to do development
work is that you can now use https to talk to the git repo on git.survex.com
which (a) is more secure and (b) is less likely to be problematic if you're
behind a restrictive frewall.  Note you can just update the remote URL for an
existing clone of the repo by using "git remote set-url".
