toporobot to survex conversion

hi,

I recently needed to convert topographic data of a big cave system from
Toporobot format to Survex. I dit not found any proper way to do this
with free software, so I wrote myself this piece of software [1].

it's written in C, not very clean C I guess, but it was my first project
with this language.

it does the job well with the cave system I'm working on, but if
someone wants to send me other toporobot files, I would love to try it
on them ;)
