Nobody filed a bug, so of course this got forgotten about.  Luckily I
just stumbled over this thread while looking for something else.

I've just added links to the sample data from the manual and
README.Debian in the Debian package.

If there are some good links to sites that tell you how to go about
surveying caves, I can add those too, but I don't have any to hand...
