This should be fixed in the next release.

The condition on when this menu item was enabled was not quite right -
the line had to actually be fully displayed, with the moving end over
a station.  But when you move the mouse to the menu, only the anchored
end of the line is shown, so the menu item was greyed out.

I've changed this to just check if the anchored end is set.
