Survex 1.2.8

I've tested on Windows XP SP3. Both 1.2.8 and 1.2.9 crash as soon as you
try to open either the Print dialog or the Export dialog. A dialog is show
as soon as you select either menu option saying 'Bug in program detected!
Please report this to the authors' and then the application is terminated
when you click OK.

I do not see this on Windows 7 Enterprise, where both Export and Print
dialogs display fine.

I can reproduce the crash that Brian reports when you click both the left
and right mouse buttons at once on both Windows XP and Windows 7.
