Survex 1.2.8: Aven can't get out of full screen mode

Survex 1.2.9 does appear on top of the task bar (like Loch does) in full
screen mode. So I think the wxWidgets version was the cause.

I've not had a chance to test on Windows XP yet, but will try to do so
regarding the export/print dialog issue.
