Survex 1.1.16 development snapshot uploaded

Similarly on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 64bit, though it's far from a clean
install & I may have done all kinds of evil things to get previous dev
versions to compile.

However, it runs smoothly & is the first dev version on linux that
I've seen for a while that will rotate without screen shearing / other
artefacts.
