I've not been able to run survex on my Mac since I upgraded to
Leopard. The aven window comes up but won't get focus. I've just tried
to install from the source code but get the following error
Daves-iMac:Applications daveclucas$ cd /Applications/survex-1.1.12

I've got Xtools installed which should include wxgtk and I've upgraded
to the latest version which for wxgtk I believe is 2.8.4.
Any guidance you could give me would be appreciated.
