naming entrances

Sometime before sending, Graham Mullan typed (and on Wednesday 2008-10-08 sent):

It would be generally a useful attribute to add to any survey station,
not limited to entrances. Surveys tend to visit lots of named features
both within caves and on the surface. But beware of feature creep !
