OK, these three numbers are an indication of how bad the misclosure is.
The key thing about them is that they take into account the centre-line
error model, so they're much more useful statistics that the percentage
error or the misclosure per shot.
So the 2.792811 is the actual misclosure for this traverse divided by
the expected misclosure.
The H and V values are the same thing, but only looking at the
horizontal or vertical components of the errors.
Less than one is theoretically what you're after for all three of these
numbers, but the model tends to be a bit optimistic in reality it seems.
In this case, the error is clearly in the vertical - the horizontal is
fine. So it's probably a reversed clino (wrong sign), a misread clino
on a non-steep leg, or an error in the tape reading on a plumbed leg.
