I'm using CVS HEAD not 1.1.12, but I don't think anything relevant has
changed.  But it might be worth trying that if you easily can.

What .3d file are you testing with?

Is this your laptop?  If so, are you likely to be going to the BCRA
conference and taking it along?  It might be easiest if I can prod it
there...
