Hello world,


bad news: The patch doesn't heal the problem with aven. Still no menu 
bar and no buttons in the file open dialog.

I run Debian Etch with Xfce 4.x desktop environment, if that matters. To 
make sure I tested aven with the GTK default theme.

The $LANG variable is set to de_DE.UTF-8.
