Mark patched that last summer but I couldn't reproduce it on my machine
and wanted to work out what was going on so didn't apply the patch right
away. Now I see it too, but I seem to have lost the patch. Anyway,
I've fixed it now.

Yeah, cavern should moan - I'll see how easy that is to do. I think for
now, perhaps the assert in aven should probably be changed to simply
ignore cross-sections at unknown stations.

It's just a stupid bug I introduced a day or so before the release.
Should be fixed in the next release.
