It's quite a bad thing if that is the only way of tilting without
modifier keys.  Tilt and rotate is infuriating when you *do* want to
tweak the elevation angle of a cave without messing up your
carefully-adjusted rotation.  I suspect the few uses of tilting caves
are, in general, to do things like this.
