Survex 1.0.36 released

The main purpose of this release is to provide a stable release which
can process .svx files containing LRUD data for 1.1.3.  The LRUD data is
simply ignored by this version.

A few bugs/enhancements are included too:

* cavern: Fix assertion failure when handling a survey with a station only
  attached by a nosurvey leg.

* aven: Improve initial window sizing and placement on multimonitor
  displays when using wx2.4 or earlier.

* testsuite: Fix cavern.tst to report misspelled test names and
  make badnewline test case actually run and actually pass.

* (Unix version): aven: Only add toolbar margins for gtk1.2

* (Unix version): configure: Updated check for wx version.

And also (although I missed this when writing the NEWS file entry):

* aven: The bearing used for a printout now defaults to the current view.
  (This feature was accidentally broken between 1.0.31 and 1.0.32).
