Not explicitly, but I'd imagine it already runs on there - try downloading
the debian-arm package and stick it on (the 770 doesn't have proper
package-upload support at the moment, but I assume there is some way of
getting packages in (I am just about to start writing a report for Nokia on
how it should get packaging support in future models, which hopefully will
involve getting a 770 too)).

If that doesn't work you'll have to work out how to get survex built in the
Maemo dev environment..

Getting aven going will be a rather harder job as that needs wxwindows, and
the 770 doesn't have wxwindows support SFAIK.
