Colouring by Depth error

Olly, I've found an error in the Colour by Depth feature.

I have a survey, with two sections, in the first section nearly all 
the clinos readings are zero, it's a water plane, in a lake gallery, 
but the heights (the "up" measurement) are in the 3m to 10m range, 
the second section is a sump, surveyed to -27m. If I use the Colour 
By Date feature the heights of the lake gallery (and also those of 
the sump) are displayed ok, but if I switch to Colour By Depth, then 
the "roof" of the lake gallery, is displayed nearly "flat" because 
Aven only shows heights up to 5m above the survey line.
