SVG export trouble

I'm having some trouble with the SVG export feature in Aven 1.0.32. Viewed
in either Mozilla Firefox + Adobe SVG viewer plugin or the Squiggle Java
SVG viewer widget, for one cave the survey appeared upside down (i.e. with
South at the top) and with a sort of peculiar hair of vertical lines all
over it; another much simpler cave emerged as a totally random soup of
lines with no obvious relation to the cave at all. See the screenshots at
http://www.srcf.ucam.org/~dl267/expo/snapshot1.png and snapshot2.png. (For
comparison the caves should look a bit more like snapshot_aven1.png and
snapshot_aven2.png.)

(Furthermore, sometimes the SVG files written refuse to load at all as
there is an extra </g> at the end that shouldn't be there. This, however,
is minor in comparison and easily fixed with a text editor.)

This seems to be exclusively an aven problem as "cad3d -V" handles both
absolutely fine.

Is this a known bug? I don't know enough about SVG myself to have any idea
what might be going on.

David
