dxf export bug?

So what happens when you do?

And did this work with a previous version?  If so, which one?

The DXF export code changed in 1.0.11, 1.0.12, 1.0.26, 1.0.27, and
1.0.29.

1.0.27 added surface information, using dashed lines.  But the DXFs
produced lacked line type definitions, which many DXF readers require
(but not the one I tested with).  1.0.29 should have fixed that.

1.0.26 was just a tiny fixes to remove warnings when compiling with
MSVC.

1.0.12 fixed the -e and -h short options (before -e crashed and -h
wasn't recognised).

And 1.0.11 was just a cosmetic change (renaming a macro).
