Fixed point error?

Help!

I am trying to enter some fixed points (entrances) into my data for a
multi-entrance cave. Survex happily accepts 2 (any 2 from 3) but when I try
to enter the 3rd it throws up a "station not attached to a fixed point"
error. It's always the same station, though it happily accepts it when there
are only 2 entered.

I'd like to enter my 4th one as well!
