Survex 1.0.1 released

I've just uploaded Survex 1.0.1.  This is a minor update to 1.0.0, which is
only of interest if you print on Microsoft Windows, or use Survex in Portuguese
or Italian.  The lack of major changes is a good sign - it indicates that
1.0.0 was a very stable release.

Note: the RISC OS and old DOS versions will still report themselves as 1.0.0 in
this release (I'm in Australia and the computer I need to build them is in
England).  The code hasn't changed for these versions - I mention this to help
avoid any confusion.

Changes between 1.0.0 and 1.0.1:

* (MS Windows version): printwin: fixed sizes of cross and page alignment
  ticks.

* Updates to the Portuguese and Italian translations.
