DXF compatibility

Ray Duffy mentionned at the w/e that the recent 3D format changes broke the
Cavewin 3d->DXF converter and that our replacement went missing in
a (some/all?) recent release.

This is presumably cad3d, which seems to be present again in 0.99pre3 (for
debian) (not checked 0.99pre4 or the windows release).

This is just a note before I forget to pass in on. Can anyone assure Ray that
it is back and working in the current Windows release?
