almost done

hy again (hope for the last time concerning this matter).
i followed everyone's advices, i read and printed the help files but i still can't view them.
everytime that i try to start aven a message shows up that some .dll is missing. i try to find this .dll on my computer but still zero.
i tried to open the .3d files obtained with Speogen and the message was "Bad survex file"

what should i do...?
