I messed up merging in Mark's changes and aven on Windows doesn't include
some of its resources.  It appears to work OK apart from the icon not being
set, and the "about" box freezing.  If you open the about box and it does
freeze, you can kill it by using Ctrl+Alt+Del and killing the "aven" task in
the task manager.

Sorry about this.  It shouldn't be long until the next prerelease which will
fix this.
