I believe Ray Duffy uses it, and was after an option to allow an elevation
view to be produced in a DXF file (DXF files can be 3d, but typically
drawing packages don't allow 3d manipulations to be performed).

I've added such an option to 3dtodxf but it would probably be useful to have
in Speleogen too.
