 Think UNIX. Think one tool for one job. 
 Survex does survey reduction. ImageMagick just does image conversions
 and covers dozens of formats. Just adding gif conversion ability to
 survex will encourage others to ask for bmp, tiff, pcx, etc....
 I dont want any thing from survex except PostScript which it has 
 now :-)
 Keep survex pure :-)
 
 If Graham does not have ImageMagick he can also download for free "The
 Gimp" for Windows and that will be able to read the ps image and 
 convertit to may different formats.
