Changes in 0.95-prerelease5:

* If no stations are fixed, the first station mentioned is supposed to be.
  But on some platforms (e.g. x86 Linux) the second station was being used
  instead (regression test firststn).

NB: If your dataset doesn't contain a fixed point, you may find cavern now
picks a different point to fix at (0,0,0), resulting in the whole survey
being shifted by a constant offset.

If you try this out, please run "make check" in the build directory to run
the test suite.  Let me know if anything fails.
