Oh dear.

I'm going to try to get a version of caverot working which uses directx.
This should allow a fast, high resolution display on Windows NT and 2000.

The graphics library we use for MSDOS has a version which supports directx,
so it's theoretically just a recompile.  Sadly reality doesn't quite
match...
