I've just checked and it looks like it needs to be the last thing on the
command line (i.e.: caverot.exe cavename.3d --mode-picker).  I'll fix this
in the next release.

While checking, I also noticed that it doesn't check for NT and select a VGA
mode as I thought it did.  I'll fix that too.

You'd probably have to install DOS as a second operating system.

One other possibility is to compile up a version of caverot which uses
directx to draw the display.  I've tried to do this, but it fails to build
for reasons I don't understand.  If anyone wants to give it a go, I'm happy
to explain what I was trying to do.
