Unable to download documentation from website (fwd) (fwd)

Looks like the previous version's docs are still there (and charges will
be negligible, so that should be fine) the link will be fixed shortly.

Only 0.92 docs seem to be there.  Thus the above filename with 0.92 instead
should be OK.
