List changes

Hi folks,

I'm having to move the survex mail handling (including mailing lists)
to another machine.  As some of you may know I'm taking an extended
trip to Australia and I need to sort this out before I go away (on the
17th).

Unfortunately I've got enough to do without this so I'm having to rush
it and there's likely to be a little disruption.  I'll send another
message when it's all sorted out letting you know what's changed.

In the meantime, please try to be patient - if there's an urgent
problem, mail me directly.  In particular you may find subscribing and
unsubscribing may not work for a day or two.
