Survex 0.94 prerelease 1 available

I've uploaded a source-only prerelease of 0.94:

It's possible that there are some issues reported while I was away in
Australia that I haven't addressed yet (I've not caught up on all my mail
yet).  Feel free to prompt me.

Changes since 0.93:

* Tentative fix for bug reported by Leandro - cavern would segfault
  in articulate() on second *solve

* Applied xcaverot patches from Leandro: fix menu buttons, keyboard
  shortcuts, colour of station markers, scalebar length and text display,
  mouse right-button "cave drag", centre-button "plan/elevation switch",
  zoom in/out menu button

* Fixed "matrix wouldn't invert" problem with certain datasets;
  added regression test (bug2)

* Check for sgmltools v3 (sgmltools-lite) as well as v2

* BorlandC and RISC OS config files are now regenerated when version number
  is updated

Leandro and Wookey: could you let me know if this fixes the problems you
reported?
