Chasm v0.2

Chasm v0.2 is now available for download. From now on, I'm going to use a
slightly more sensible naming scheme - major changes will get a new numbe=
r,
minor releases will be e.g Chasm v0.2a=20
This is as opposed to calling everything Chasm 0.1 :)

This release....
Patches for cavern now understand *prefix and absolute *begins=20
A link wizard, to help linking new data into an existing survey.
Easy editing of data - ctrl-double click on a station/leg to open the
relevant svx file.=20
Help files are now accurate and up-to-date. A copy of the Survex
documentation is included and linked to.=20

Lots of minor bugs fixed; it's now a lot more stable.
Slight improvements to the graphics engine.
Looks a bit prettier under windows, and the executable files are a LOT
smaller (found out what strip does).

All the menu entries should now work.
