3d point data

Sir
          i am working in C-DAC in R&D section as a JRF .  we are doing a
project harbour security system.we have the data after processing the echo
signal of an object in the water.the data consist of only some of the points
of an object and also the intensity.i would like to know by using any
software by converting this samples points of an object into its 3d image.if
yes  reply as early as possible
